In a few days, Sarah Stage is expected
to give birth, but still, she is not afraid to flaunt her super fit body.

Over the course of her pregnancy, Sarah has turned into an Internet sensation. She has been sharing photos of herself wearing bikinis, lingerie, and workout gears on her Instagram account, documenting her development. She even went fully nude to show off her baby-bump.







There were people, who have expressed their concern that her fitness regime might cause health issues for her baby. Some were also worried about the potential harm models like Sarah might give pregnant women when it comes to having unrealistic expectations about their own bodies.

But, according to Ob/Gyn Dr. Jennifer Ashton, she thinks Sarah was where she needed to be at this stage of pregnancy. She also told Good Morning America:

“The fact that she looks skinny on Instagram does not mean her baby growth is restricted or too small. It has nothing to do if you can see her muscles if her uterus is the perfect size and she has gained an amount of weight that is acceptable.”
“Pregnancy is an incredible physical feat and labor and delivery are athletic events so training for them isn’t such a bad idea. Having stamina, strength and muscle tone are good for both mom and baby,” she added.

Sarah, on the other hand, told ABC News that she has “gained a suitable amount of weight for a healthy pregnancy, and her conspicuously slim Instagram pictures are not as alarming as they may seem”.

“Baby James will be here soon enough,” she stressed.

Since she started chronicling her body transformation, Sarah’s fan base has increased drastically. The super fit model already has over 1.5 million followers on Instagram.

If you are wondering how she did it, Sarah has stayed fit and slender through a healthy diet and a strict exercise routine. However, she does treat herself occasionally with a burger.

On Monday, the now nine months pregnant thirty-year-old model shared her most recent selfie. And of course, it got a huge online response. She captioned the photo, “10 days until we meet #BabyJames”.





Sarah continues to model even she if is pregnant, posing in bra and kickers in various photo shoots.
